DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

Once You place an Order, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

A high volume of orders at any given time could delay processing and shipment by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as we rely on third party carriers’ estimates of delivery times. In the case of a significant delay in processing or shipping Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout of Your Order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Should Your Order be delayed longer than a few days, please contact us to request an update.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation by email after we have shipped Your Order. This will provide You a tracking number(s) and estimated delivery time. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We shall not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees including taxes and tariffs imposed during or after shipping are solely Your responsibility.

DAMAGES

We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend You save all packaging materials and damaged goods when contacting the carrier.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel an Order and return the Goods purchased through that Order within 14 days without giving us any reason for the cancellation.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date the Goods subject to the cancelled Order were delivered to You or a third party appointed by You, who is not the carrier.

You must return the Goods according to the Conditions for Returns below at Your own cost.

We will provide You a refund or reimbursement of the full purchase price and sales taxes, if any, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Goods, through the same payment method that You used to place the Order. Other than Your shipping costs, there are no additional fees for refund or reimbursement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• You advised us clearly in writing that You wish to return the Goods within 14 days of receiving the Goods
• You ship the returned Goods within 7 days of advising us in writing of Your cancellation and provide us a tracking number for the shipment
• The Goods are in the original packaging, with tags in place and seals intact
• The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • Custom or personalized Goods to Your specifications.
  • Goods which are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry has passed.
  • Goods which are consumable, perishable, or which are subject to health or hygiene protection, and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Goods that have been worn or washed, or otherwise used

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse returns and refunds of any Goods that do not meet the above conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER AFTER 14 DAYS

We will consider, in our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, cancellation requests made after 14 days. You may make such a request by providing us written reasons. You can do so by:

You must ship the returned Goods within 7 days of any such request and provide us a tracking number for the shipment. Please note that you incur the cost and risk of shipping returned Goods. Depending on the circumstances and reasons for the cancellation we may, in our sole discretion, agree to waive one or more of the above Conditions for Returns. Such waiver shall not constitute waiver of any other conditions or of any future waiver of Conditions for Returns.
